We build throughout the Florida Panhandle — Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Navarre, Milton, Perdido Key, and Pensacola Beach — across Escambia County and Santa Rosa County. Our office is in downtown Pensacola.
Most custom builds take roughly 8 to 12 months from groundbreaking, depending on the size, design, weather, and permitting. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you in the loop the whole way.
Every home is priced to its own design, finishes, and site, so there's no flat number. We're upfront about budget from the first conversation and build a plan that fits yours.
Both. We build on land you already own — and if you're still looking for a lot, we can align you with the right local real estate agent to help you find the right piece for your build.
Yes. We're a preferred builder with multiple local lenders and can help you navigate getting started on your loan process.
Every AJAC home is backed by a structural and workmanship warranty through our partner, Maverick — 10 years of structural-defect coverage, 1 year on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution systems, and 1 year against defects in workmanship.
Yes. The AJAC Group is a State-Certified Building Contractor (FL Lic. CBC1267994) and fully insured.
